Dear Sirs, I received my order the following day, which is fantastic service. This is my first order from daysoft and I cannot praise the system enough. As you mention on the outer box, the resources used to package these lenses is so much less than other brands, which is important to me. Add to that the reduced cost and I have the perfect purchase! To customer service team: Thank you for your email, I have had no problems at all with my contacts, I cannot order any more as Specsavers would not give me my prescription as I was due for a check up in September and had cancelled my lenses with them although the prescription had only been issued 4 months previous. If in the future I get round to getting another prescription without the obligation to sign up to a scheme I will be getting my lenses from daysoft as they are much cheaper and easier to wear than any other lenses I have had previously.
