Hi Margaret,
I received the contact lenses within a few days of ordering. The package was in perfect condition. I thought the daysoft lenses were more comfortable than the Acuvue as one eye in particular needed a few minutes for the Acuvue lense to settle in but with the daysoft lenses I thought they felt very natural. I'll be ordering my lenses from yourself from now on.

Yes thanks they arrived very fast and are really comfy lenses.  I think this may be because I have previously had problems with my eyes feeling the engravings on other types of lenses and thought I'd have to put up with it but with your Daysoft lenses I haven't noticed any engravings on at all hence why they are so much better for me.

My daysoft contact lenses arrived quickly! I was wearing two week disposable lenses previously but I found that they kept going blurry within a few days, hence I decided to swap back to dailies. I didn't want to pay the price at my opticians and so I googled cheap daily contact lenses and found that yours were alot cheaper than my two week disposable ones! They are so comfy! I will be ordering some more shortly!

The packaging is easy to open and the contacts themselves seem easier to put in than the ones I usually wear. Usually my eyes start to feel uncomfortable at about 9pm but I haven't experienced this with the daysoft lenses. Also I can't believe the price! I will order from you again! Thanks.

I have used the lenses while on holiday and I was very impressed with them. They arrived very quickly, they were comfortable to wear, even for long periods of time in hot conditions. I have worn daily contacts before but have not been able to wear them as much as I have with these. They are also less than half of the price I was paying for a months supply of lenses which I also used to order from the internet.

As mentioned in a previous e mail I have a surplus of contact lenses at present as I sometimes wear my glasses.   I cannot fault daysoft as the service provided has been second to none, i.e. queries are answered promptly and lenses are a joy to contact lens wearers due to the quality and price.
I was interested to notice that you now are dispensing glasses.  Unfortunately my prescription is higher and more complex therefore the powers available are not suitable, however many customers will take advantage of dealing with daysoft and are lucky to be able to with another product ensuring good quality and customer care.
I will of course be ordering a further supply of lenses once my lenses are running low.

I have always suffered from dry eyes, but that did not stop me from trying contact lenses. I have been wearing them for the last 6-7 years, and have experimented with a number of lenses. I have tried both Acuvue moist and Acuvue TruEye. Daysoft lens are far better for dry eyes than Acuvue Moist or Acuvue TruEye.
With the Acuvue products, I can only wear the contacts for an hour or so, before I need to start using eyedrops. The maximum number of hours I can keep them on for is 6 hours (and that's with a high tolerance level). With daysoft lens, my eyes don't start to feel dry until after 3-5 hours, and I can last all 8 hours (I am very strict in following my optician's guidelines in usage hours, due to my dry (damaged) eyes).
The other great part is the price. They start at only £4.99 a box (15 days), so that's £9.98 for a month. That is absolutely great value, and also includes P&P (which takes 3-5 business days). The packaging is fantastic and doesn't waste space; they have an innovative "easy lens cup opening" which saves on packaging. The company sends the boxes in really thin boxes, so they can fit it into a thin cardboard box, which fits through your letter box (no more missed packages notes from the postman).
Needless to say, in my opinion the fit on the eye is great. Some people may be wary that the lenses are too cheap, and prefer to buy a more expensive one. Well, if you like pouring money down the drain for an (in my opinion), inferior product... go ahead.
The customer service is great; they phoned me up when they thought I had put down the wrong prescription (as it had changed a fair amount). I really appreciate that attention to detail, as I would have been annoyed if I had actually put it down incorrectly and they didn't notice. They also offer a reminder service, so when you're almost due to run out of contact lenses, they will send you an e-mail as a reminder to order some more.
For new users of daysoft lens, they ask which contact lens you are currently wearing. They then match it to the daysoft product that most suits you. Very simple.
There really isn't an aspect of this business model or website that I don't like. NN 25 August 2010

Yes I received my daysoft lenses within days - thank you!  Daysoft contacts were recommended by my friends at work, and I was a bit dubious as I’ve had problems with lenses in the past drying my eyes so I’m only able to wear them for a few hours max.  However, I have worn these all day and into the evening with no problems whatsoever.  As I have the same strength in both eyes and as I only wear lenses on the weekends etc one box would be enough for me, but due to the fantastic price I’ve now had double the amount for half the price that I usually pay. Fantastic product.

Following up to the customer care e-mail I would like to show my appreciation to you guys by saying that as a student, this is saving me a ridiculous amount! I had been going to Specsavers for quite a few months and getting dailies but now I've moved onto the daysoft ones I will never be touching Specsavers again.
As a student, I like to go to parties alot and stay up late, and with Specsavers I found that I could only get about 12-14 hours before they started irritating my eyes... however, with yours I had forgot I had them in for nearly 24 hours as they were just completely natural and perfect for me. The packaging is a lot better I think and reduces the chances of losing them (happened a few times with Specsavers ones) and getting them out of your eye appears to be easier too as they are softer. Even the delivery was quick so I gotta say 10/10 for all round satisfaction! Cheers guys,

TRIED THE LENSES AT WORK FOR 4 DAYS AND HAD NO PROBLEMS wear lenses for about 13hrs a day and sometimes have to take them out and wear my glasses. But not these. I would recommend these to anyone. It was a work colleague who told me about you as he also gets them. I was also away on holiday(hence the late feedback) and it was easy to put 1 pair in the morning and one at night. I'm delighted with your daysoft contact lenses.
I've been paying £29 per month on Johnson & Johnsons Acuve dailies for years at Boots opticians - thats £348 per year to be exact.  Your Daysoft lenses cost me £10 per month, that's £120 per year which gives me a saving of £228 per year - amazing!
The lenses are the same standard, just as comfortable and were recommended by a friend.
I highly recommend them, they are the same apart from the packaging and marketing which clearly is the reason that Johnsons Acuve cost so much.
I have cancelled my contract with boots and will continue to purchase Daysoft lenses - in a time of recession every saving counts, and a 65% saving can not be ignored for your quality lenses.

I have been very happy with my daysoft lenses, actually, I have tried others, but none compare to the comfort of the daysoft - I have recommended them to a few of my friends, as I have in the past not been able to wear my lenses for long periods, normally, only put in when going out in the evening as I found lenses uncomfortable for a whole day.
But I can say, these lenses have been a god send, only down side is, I can actually forget I am wearing them, and have to write myself a note by my bedside to remember to take them out!

I just thought I would get in touch to let you know how delighted I am with my new lenses!!!
I have been wearing contact lenses for 21 years now, and believe me, I've tried them all!!
My Daysoft lenses arrived in the post yesterday - I have to say, I initially only ordered 2 month's worth as I thought that as they are so cheap, I had better only order a small supply to check that they are ok.  Well, I have to apologise to you!! I now realise that I was sooooooooo wrong about your product! They are NOT "cheap" at all!! They are incredibly excellent value! They are by far the most comfortable lenses I have ever had the fortune to wear!!!! As soon as I placed my lenses in my eyes this morning, the feeling was unbelievable! Most mornings I usually find that I have to use comfort drops until my lenses have settled in - not today!!! The comfort is amazing.
A fantastic lens at a fantastic price and promt delivery as well! What more could i ask for?  My only regret is that it has taken me until now to find out about Daysoft!

I must say I was very pleasantly surprised when I tried daysoft for the first time. I wasn't expecting much due to the price of the lenses, but for under £10 I thought they were worth a try. I found the lenses to be much more comfortable than the premium lenses I was using (also at a premium price!) and found I could wear them longer. My old lenses tended to dry out especially with the air con. at work but this has never happened with the daysoft. I also found the packaging much easier to open and also that the lenses are always the right way round. With my old lenses I mostly had to flip them back the right way after removing them from the packet. I will definitely be placing another order soon. RA 21 July 2010

Its hard to believe that a months supply of daily lenses can cost Euro 32 with my usual supplier whereas a months supply of daysoft is only Euro 12 or less.

I would like to say that they are a big improvement on the previous lenses which were 30 day.
It’s so much less hassle with the one day lenses and more comfortable.
I am new to lenses anyway and after wearing glasses for 34 yrs I decided it was time for a change and tried the monthly lenses but for only one month. I was seriously considering not renewing but checked the internet anyway to see my options, this is when I found daysoft and decided to give them a go.

The daysoft contact lenses arrived within 24 hours of ordering them so was very impressed with the delivery service.
I was on a contact lenses scheme with Specsavers for monthly disposables but have found it is a pain cleaning them and in particular carrying solutions & bottles when on holiday. I thought I would give daysoft a go, but have to say I was a bit sceptical as I thought they wouldn’t be as good as my monthly lenses as I have ones with a high water content (being a mature lady).  But I was pleasantly surprised, they are very comfortable to wear and the vision is fine. Thank you for your email. I think that your product is brilliant, better in every way than your competitors. Actual lenses - very comfortable. Blister packs - very easy to use and great for travelling etc. Price - Unbeatable. If consumers weren't force fed the heavily branded and advertised products by the opticians I believe that you would have the majority of the market share and I hope that you will endeavour to and continue to grow and have the success that having such a good product deserves.

I think because consumers become very loyal to a brand very quickly in the trial process, as finding the right lens is extremely important and personal that they are then very reluctant to try what is maybe considered by them as a 'budget' product as they feel the extra money is worth paying for - for the 'quality' they are getting. Well they are WRONG. It is very rare to find a product that literally ticks all the boxes as with so many products on offer today you are used to getting what you pay for, however in this case the extra money you are paying for when buying the big brands is entirely for the label on the front, the 'peace of mind' which that represents (which of course doesn't exist and is only created by the money spent on branding), and the additional and pointless packaging. Well that’s my rant over but I do genuinely feel strongly about the product and hope you the best of success. I am very grateful to my friend for recommending the product to me early on - I only wasted one month's money on buying a big brand before trialling Day Soft - and that month cost me over £30! as opposed to £9.99. My one comment would be that the solution seems slightly saline at first - I am used to it now but found that it stung slightly the first couple times I used them. Thank you for your concern. Yes, they arrived in a very short time and I can honestly say that they are the most comfortable lenses I have ever worn. The daysoft contact lenses are excellent and well beyond my expectations.  Here in Malta disposable contact lenses are very expensive and although I buy the very best quality available to me, I still find that after removing them I scratch out my eyes with all the irritation they cause me.  With your contact lenses I can wear them from early morning to very late at night, remove them and my eyes remain perfect.  Simply wonderful!!!!!  In fact now, I cannot live without them and as you have sent me a reminder, I will be purchasing a larger lot.  I will also order for my son who I'm sure will find them just as good as I have.

Just felt I wanted to provide some feedback on daysoft.  I was previously using one day Acuvue but as I only use my lenses say two or three times a week I wondered if there were any cheaper options out there. 
 I searched using Google for Acuvue alternatives and came across your site.  I must admit I was a little wary as the price just seemed too good to be true so checked for reviews online and any fears I had were quashed. 
Since my first order some years ago I've always been impressed with the ease of use of the website, the speed of delivery and more importantly the lenses themselves.  I've found the lenses to be comfortable, easy to put in and fantastic value. Whilst I don't order many given the low usage, I will certainly continue to use Daysoft and to recommend you to my contact wearing friends.

I have just started to wear your lenses, and I couldn't be happier! As a mature British actress now living in Florida, I've had a lifetime of wearing contact lenses. Almost 50 years, in fact. I started off with the hard micro-corneals, and after many years graduated to the soft lenses.  All that cleaning and sterilizing, of course...
Anyway, some years ago I started to wear Acuvue Dailies, and assumed that this was as good as it could get.  But the cost. Well it came down a little after I discovered the online suppliers, but I still resented paying the same high prices year after year, with no discounts for regular loyal customers, etc. Then, recently, I happened upon your website.  Hallelujah!!!  The prices were too good to be true, I thought. Must be some drawback.  Maybe they wouldn't be quite so comfortable? Well - now I'm in the middle of my first week with them and they are so much BETTER than the Acuvue.  More comfortable, and clearer vision (in this Florida heat).
I am now telling everyone.  Thank you, thank you. In this economy, too, how wonderful to find a better product at a MUCH better price!

I only use my contacts for playing sports, mainly snowboarding, and I have found them to be excellent. They don't dry out as quickly in the cold weather as more expensive brands and I have always found them to be comfortable and great value for money.

I've been very pleased with my lenses; I received them really quickly after ordering them. I used to wear johnson and johnson lenses, which were costing me £16.00pm for 10 pairs of lenses, I was advised to choose these lenses as I suffer from dry eyes. All I can say is WOW. I really was skeptical of the daysoft Lenses. But after wearing them for the last week, I can honestly say they are THE MOST COMFORTABLE LENSES EVER. I usually wear Acuvue Oasys and feel the lenses on my eye. But the daysoft are so comfortable I forget they are there. I actually fell asleep in them the other day because I forgot they were in. That has NEVER happened to me with any other lenses. I only ordered one box for each eye to make sure they were right for me, but I will be reordering a larger supply soon.

I ordered my first batch of daysoft lenses a couple weeks ago to see if they would work. Well I was pleasantly surprised! They are far better than the Acuvue Oasys lenses I had been using although they were 2 week lenses but I always had ( for years ) mild reactions to the cleaning/disinfecting solutions which left me with slight redness in my eyes.
I love the idea of a fresh lens daily with nothing more than saline solution I may apply upon insertion.  I wear your lenses from approx. 8AM to 11 or 12PM 7 days a week with not a hint of redness. Thanks again.

I am particularly impressed with the reduced packaging design. Not only does this reduce material usage and therefore cost and unnecessary environmental impact, the lenses take up less space in hand luggage on trips and the shipment packs are small enough to fit through the letterbox.

I am very new to contact lens wearing and found my Focus Dailies very uncomfortable and scratchy on my eyes.  Also working in an air conditioned office my eyes would get extremely dry.
So far, I can barely feel that the Daysoft lenses are there.  They are 100 times more comfortable than the Focus Dailies I was wearing and my eyes are not as dry as they have been in the other lenses.
I shall definitely be purchasing these lenses in the future.........The price is also a bonus!!

I am loving the daysoft lenses! I’ve had a problem with dry eyes for about a year now and I’ve had trouble finding some comfortable lenses. I’ve chopped and changed and the ones that I had found were almost 3 times as much as the daysoft ones. These ones are very comfortable and I can wear them for longer than my previous ones – which is perfect for wearing sunglasses in the sunny weather.  Can you do anything about the lack of sun?

Yes I did receive them. I think they took longer than I liked (my usual provider is a lot quicker but it just means I need to forward plan and not leave it to the last minute like I usually do). They were worth the wait though because not only are they better value for money, but they're also far more comfortable and feel a lot better quality. I will definitely be ordering more once these gave run out and have already recommended them to a friend who also uses my previous provider.

But I kept an open mind and sure enough they came in the post as promised. I have a bit of difficulty getting these lenses out of the cups but that's because I have very long nails, but it’s a small price to pay because everything else is perfect. My old lenses, after a few hours, used to become dry and I couldn't wait to get home to take them out, so far I have not had this problem with daysoft. I can feel comfortable in them all day. I sometimes wear my glasses, so do not necessarily wear my contact lenses every day.   I am "delighted" with the service and of course the cost of the daysoft lenses, as previously I was purchasing Acuvue disposables which as you know are so much more expensive. I've never used daily disposables before as I always balked at the monthly cost so when my new colleague recommended yours I was very excited to give them a try.
After 23 years of soft lenses (the first 5 were pre-monthly disposables) putting new lenses into my eye every day feels SO decadent! And lovely!
I am completely converted and will be placing another order soon. The lenses feel great, are easy to use and last well all day (I am a lens abuser, always wear for minimum 15 hours a day).

I received the daysoft contact lenses safely and I must admit I have been pleasantly surprised at how good they are. I normally wear Focus dailies, i.e. Specsavers equivalent.
I ordered only one month as a trial but will be ordering from you again. I have in the last week had both a sight and contact lens check which has resulted in a slight change in my contact lens prescription, so I will be ordering the new lenses shortly.

At my current and now old opticians I was wearing the 1 day Acuvue lenses which I have been wearing for 7 years and are fantastic however I wanted to find a cheaper option for lenses and tried every single one of the 1 day lenses but did not get on with any of them which disappointed me some what!! I saw Day Soft advertised in the Easy Jet magazine in March 2010 and I gave it a go!! ...... Normally I wouldn't even reply in this type of feedback to any company I do business with. Due to the volcano eruption and the delay it put on everyone and everything it did take some time to receive my order, that is no fault of your company.
I have been wearing contacts for 24 years with the same prescription and paying about 26.00 for a box of 6. I hate the hassle of waiting in line (Wal-Mart), waiting for them to look me up in the computer, find the right box, then check out. I ordered lenses for myself and my partner to try these daysoft lenses out. After paying £13 per month for monthly lenses from our optician, we feel that the money issued to the optician was unjustified.
As a result of trying your lenses we have cancelled our lens renewal with the optician and will be placing further orders with yourselves.

Hi, thanks, daysoft lenses arrived very quickly, and liked the fact the box fitted through the letterbox.  I am really pleased with the lenses. I have previously only used Acuvue lens - by Johnsons, which are very expensive and I found still made my eyes feel itchy and dry after 5-8 hours wear.  I thought this was because I had dry eyes in general, however, since using the daysoft lenses this problem has significantly reduced.  My eyes do start to feel dry after approx 12 - 14 hours wear, or if I am particularly tired that day, but generally I cannot tell I am wearing daysoft as they are so comfortable.  And for a fantastic price!  Thank you, will definitely be ordering again.

My daysoft contact lenses arrived two days following the placement of my order. I have been wearing contact lenses for seven years now and had always used Specsavers monthly disposable lenses. After being a customer of theirs for so long, they increased the price of my lenses and I had also found them increasingly uncomfortable to wear so had resorted to wearing the lenses just when I had to and my glasses for the rest of the time. This is why I decided to give daily lenses a try but Specsavers were unwilling to help hence I cancelled my lenses and tried daysoft. They are wonderfully comfortable, clear and easy to use. The price is also wonderful and I love the feeling of not having to commit to purchasing so many months at a time - I can just order when I begin to run low. I love the lenses so much that I also recommended them to my brother who was also a customer of Specsavers and he has also now ordered the lenses from you and is extremely happy with them too! So in all, what a fantastic supplier of contact lenses you are! Expect more orders from myself and possibly more family members very soon!

I have been a user of Cibavision daily lenses for over 5 years and can’t believe that your company do them for virtually half the price.
I think day soft are just as comfortable as the Dailies and the fact that the packaging is less is only a good thing.
I would thoroughly recommend to anyone else wearing the daily disposable lenses to try you out.

They arrived safely and quickly, and I love the smaller packaging.  I popped the whole box in my suitcase for a short break to Italy and wore the lenses each day for about 8 hours at a time.  They were easy to get out of the packaging and were comfortable to wear.  I will be reordering as soon as I need some more so I am a very satisfied customer.

The daysoft contacts arrived really quickly, I was really impressed with slim line packaging. Not only that but I had been using a different brand (dailies I think) they were really drying my eyes out. Your brand is absolutely fantastic, no dryness, easy to use, really really happy and will be ordering again when I run out.
